Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. This is because the manufacturing process or product dispatch process begins immediately after the order is confirmed.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer any monetary refunds once an order has been placed. Moreover, as soon as the order is verified, the manufacturing or product shipment procedure starts.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
We will arrange for a replacement or repair of the damaged or defective parts at no additional cost to you.

4. Changes to Orders

Any changes to the order (such as design, color, or specifications) must be made before placing the order. After the order is placed, no changes can be made as the production process will have started.
