SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing 123 Homefurniture. We aim to provide a smooth and efficient delivery process for all our products. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery timelines and procedures.
1. Shipping Timelines
- Ready-made Products: Ready-made products will be shipped within 2-3 working days from the date of order confirmation. However, in case of increased demand the delivery timeline might extend to 7-14 days.
- Customized Products: For customized products, the shipping timeline may extend to 7-14 working days, depending on the complexity of the customization and current order volume.
2. Extended Delivery Timelines
Outskirts and Odd Delivery Locations: If the delivery address is located in the outskirts or an area that is difficult to access, the delivery timeline may be extended. Our customer service team will notify you of any potential delays in such cases.
3. Product Installation
Once your product is delivered, it will be installed within 2-5 working days from the date of delivery. Our installation team will contact you to schedule a convenient time for installation.
4. Unforeseen Delays
In certain circumstances, delivery timelines may be extended due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural calamities
- Unavailability of lamination (If the lamination is unavailable in the market, the client will be required to choose an alternative)
- Machine breakdowns
- Medical emergencies
- Any other genuine reason that impacts our ability to deliver on time
5. Client Deferrals
If the client requests to defer the delivery, the delivery timeline will be extended accordingly. We will work with you to arrange a new delivery date that suits your needs.
